Day 0 (evening): Arrival in Fort William, Scotland
First up its a meet and great over dinner. You'll have a chance to meet the gang, ask any questions and hear the plan for the week ahead. After dinner you'll be free to spend the night as you please - unwinding, socialising or just soaking up the awesome views.
Your lead coach and exped leader will come around and chat with you to hear a bit more about your paddling history, experience on white water, desires, and hopes for the week.
Day 1: Kitting up and our first day white water kayaking
Whitewater kayaking in Scotland is where it's at, and we hope that at the end of this week you'll find the pull to come back irresistible. Our first proper day is aimed getting you kitted up and hitting the white water for our first bit of paddling. We'll aim to experience as many of Scotland's rivers as possible whilst observing you and the group to see where you're at and how we can help you improve over the week. We'll analyse your paddling and ability to move through the water and chat with you about what you'd like to work on. We'll then have a good idea how we can best help and form a plan for the rest of the week.

Day 2-6:
Exactly where we go will depend on the current river levels and water conditions. But we'll take you to as many great spots as possible, working on your stroke, nailing lines, and making the most of these wild rivers. You'll be hitting white water to rival the rivers of North Wales and the French Alps, for sure we'll get you on some really exciting stuff.
Once the day's paddle is over we'll head back and give both personalised and group feedback using both photos and video analysis to really super charge your development. We can also spend some time looking at your progress throughout the week and suggest how you might improve if you're interested. Some of you might be working towards you white water leader training and will be after some in-depth guidance. If you're less focused on performance and more about just enjoying those epic lines that's absolutely fine too, just know and we'll be happy to help as much as you like.

Day 7:
After an awesome week enjoying some of the best whitewater kayaking Scotland has to offer, and revelling in the beauty of the highlands, it's time to head home. You'll have made good progress on your technical skills, grown in confidence, and ultimately had a fantastic time running great rivers with a great bunch of river rats all equally keen for the next white water kayak adventure.
