EPISODE 8 - LAVAL ST GERMAIN

EPISODE 8 - LAVAL ST GERMAIN

Guest: LAVAL ST GERMAIN

In episode 8 we hear from one of my favourite adventurers Laval St Germain. Laval is an adventurer, outdoor athlete, air pilot, public speaker, climber, runner, rower, and also a great husband and father.

Laval is an expert at turning dreams intro reality. Through hard work and thoughtful execution, he has managed to accomplish an amazing list of daring feats. He holds the record for the fasts solo crossing of the North Atlantic via row boat, is the only Canadian to summit Everest without supplemental oxygen, is the only person to have climbed and skied Iraq's highest peak, and has climbed 6 of the highest 7 peaks on earth. And that's all before breakfast!

We delve into his journey into adventure, how he thinks about risk management on these dangerous endeavours, losing his son in a tragic canoe accident, the role of luck in life, accomplishing goals, losing 3 fingers to frost bite, his use of checklists, diet, fitness, his heroes and so much more.

Take a listen and take action today to move one step closer to becoming the hero in your own story.
